Technical meetings calendar

Dear Glassberries participants,
This year’s Technical Meetings will be held online and facilitated by Luis Gomes. Each university will have several available dates, with 15-minute time slots for each meeting. Please note that each participant is allowed only one meeting. Ensure that you have all your drawings and 3D models ready to show during your session.

How to book a meeting

To book your meeting, click on the button corresponding to your university. A new window will open showing the available dates and slots. Choose the date and time that works best for you, then follow the steps to complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
